Our letting service is designed to be as comprehensive and professional as possible to meet all the requirements of the property owner. We offer a dedicated service ensuring all requirements are reached. We advertise the properties through the local newspaper, our website and within the office as well as placing a “TO LET” sign at the property.

Our Letting service includes the following :

• Advertising as detailed above.
• Viewings of the property.
• Checking out prospective tenant references ie. previous landlord, current employer, copy of photographic identification.
• When a suitable tenant has been agreed with the landlord one months deposit and one months rent will be collected.
• Transfering of utility bills in to tenants names.
• Drawing up lease agreement including detailed inventory.
• Setting up direct debit for rent.
• PRTB (Private Residential Tenancies Board) forms will be supplied if required.

Our Management service includes the following :

• Collection of rent if necessary.
• Follow up and action if necessary with tenants if rent is not paid on time.
• Arrangement of tradesmen for any maintenance issues.
• Three detailed inspections will be carried out on the property during a 12 month lease and on expiry of lease decision will be made on the deposit refund.
• We have an extensive client base on file as well as companies and organizations seeking all types of properties ranging from flats, apartments and houses for their employees & clients alike.
• We welcome short & long term lease agreements depending on the property.
• Our fees are competitive whether you wish to avail of our letting service, management service or both. NO LETTING – NO FEE.
